1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the seninix.com website. By using our website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website is operated by Seninix Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 16736930), whose registered office is at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

2. Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with other users.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Seninix and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print content for your own reference, but you may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission. Third-party vendor names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Free WiFi survey and free consultancy

We promote a free WiFi survey and free consultancy on wireless deployment and network refresh. Where you take up either offer, the following applies.

• It is genuinely free. There is no charge for the survey or the consultation itself, no obligation to buy anything afterwards, and we will never ask you for payment or card details in order to claim it.
• Who it is for. The offers are for businesses, schools, charities and other organisations in the United Kingdom. They are not available for residential or domestic premises, and are subject to eligibility and availability.
• What is included. A survey of one site at a single visit, together with a consultation and a summary of our findings and headline recommendations. We will agree the scope with you in advance.
• What is not included. Any work that follows — design, installation, cabling, hardware, software, licences, remedial work, formal reports or drawings, and ongoing support — is chargeable and will be quoted separately for your approval before it begins.
• Coverage and limits. The offers apply within our normal service area of Greater London and surrounding areas. We may limit them to one per business or per site, and we may decline, vary, suspend or withdraw either offer at any time, including where a request falls outside our normal scope or service area.
• What we need from you. Safe and reasonable access to the site at the agreed time, a contact on site who can answer questions about your network, and reasonable notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
• Nature of our recommendations. Our findings reflect the conditions observed and the information supplied on the day. They are provided as general guidance to help you decide what to do next. They are not a formal engineering design, a compliance audit, or a warranty or guarantee of network performance, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a purchasing decision without a fuller paid engagement.
• Liability. Section 6 below applies to the free survey and consultancy. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or affects your statutory rights.

5. No warranty

Our website is provided "as is". While we work to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seninix will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
